The Beginning

I didn't set out to become a consultant.

I started my career in finance and accounting, fascinated by how organisations worked behind the scenes. The numbers mattered, but what interested me most was the story they told about people, systems and decisions.

Finding My Lane

Data became my language.

As organisations grew more complex, I was drawn to the challenges others avoided: fragmented systems, poor data quality, failing processes and ambitious transformation programmes. Curiosity became a career in data, technology and change.

Building Expertise

A decade of transformation.

Across housing, asset management and the public sector, I've led data migrations, systems implementations, governance programmes and operational change - turning information into action and strategy into outcomes.

Becoming a Founder

I stopped asking permission to build.

I launched my own consultancy, advising on data strategy, implementation and digital transformation. At the same time, I stepped into fractional leadership as a Data Lead - shaping how organisations connect clients, systems, data and delivery.

Building What's Next

More than consulting projects.

I'm developing technology products that solve real-world problems, including a next-generation proptech platform transforming how housing providers manage assets, compliance, risk and operational performance.

Beyond the Day Job

Where people connect.

I founded Table4Thirteen, a curation house and social club creating intimate experiences for founders, professionals and entrepreneurs who believe the best conversations happen around a table, not in a conference hall.
