I'm Barbara. I help businesses and founders make decisions about data, systems and AI, and lead the work that follows.
You can bring me in for one to four days a month, or have me join your team for a three to six month engagement. I take responsibility for the work, from deciding what needs to happen through to delivery.
I've spent ten years working across finance, government, property and infrastructure including Barratt Redrow, Fidelity Investments, Aviva Investors, UBS, the Department for Transport, UKHSA and Mott MacDonald

I lead data migrations, system replacements and reporting rebuilds. I also help teams work out where AI is worth pursuing, and how their people and processes need to support the technology.
I've spent ten years leading this work. I've built teams, replaced platforms and helped get programmes moving again when leadership and delivery had lost touch with each other.
I run Stratford Ellis, my consultancy, with a small team behind me. I'm based in London and work wherever I'm needed.
